At Dale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package the Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
